Research On Passive Low Energy Office Building Design In Qingyang Ports' West Bank Industrial Zone,Kunshan

Passive low energy building concept in Germany has been supported by a large part of typical European countries for its pragmatic building energy efficiency concepts and strict data standards.In order to establish the sense of responsibility for social and natural resources,the EU and some of its member countries have enacted laws and regulations to go driving project progress.Compared with the green building system in China,Passive low energy building concept is more focused on how to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the building in base of ensuring the building's comfort.In recent years,our country,cooperated with the German Passive House Institute,has done a number of passive low energy residential pilot project and public building pilot project.How to promote passive low energy building on the basis of existing research is important to promote energy conservation and emission reduction,evolve the green building industry in China.Based on the analysis of passive low energy building theory and passive low energy consumption,focused on the design of an office building in the organic renewal project of west bank industrial park in Qingyang port of Kunshan,Jiangsu Province,the writer use low energy building design method,green building design concept,building energy analysis software's simulation,combine passive and active construction technology together to accomplish the project.At last,a general design method of Passive low energy office building has been put forward.The thesis consists of 5 parts:Firstly,the author confirm the research object and content of the paper,explores the significance and value of the research,define the main concepts and expound the relevant important literature views at home and abroad and expound the research ideas and achievements by the research frame.Secondly,focus on the development history and key nodes of passive low energy buildings,the writer compile the clear development trend and sort out the influencing factors of passive low energy building in our country.Thirdly,on the basis of the research above,the author try to introduce a set of design process and technical measures from architectural design,construction design,technical design and other related aspects.Use the knowledge of classic cases at home and abroad to guide the project design practice.Then,based on the theoretical basis,combined with the passive low energy building design method,the author use energy consumption analysis software to design a new office building in the organic renewal project of west bank industrial park in Qingyang port of Kunshan,Jiangsu Province.Finally,summarize the theoretical knowledge,experience in cases and project practice of the subject.The personal view and the future research are expounded.
