In our life, water plays an important role in production and living and it also is an essential resource for us. So the urban water supply network system, as it’s name,is provide water for the people living, commercial production and city contribution.What’s more, it also is the one of infrastructures of one city and the guarantee of water supplying safely. Therefore, it determines the quality of people’s life is that whether the urban water supply network system can meet city’s water demand. So,it’s important to reform the existing problems of the water supply system.The paper investigates the theory, modeling method and relevant solving method of optimal scheduling of water supply system of Shenyang. Then I analysis the problems of optimal scheduling of urban water supply system and build the model which is adapt with the forecast of irrigation water to forecast water consumption of city reasonably and provide a feasible method for optimal scheduling and the safe operation. In order to improve the economic benefit and social benefit, our researches provide the theoretical reference and technical guidance of urban water supply system and actual production. Then by analyzing the demand of all aspects of this project in Shenyang and through the requirements of each aspect, we can reform urban water system from unilateral to the existing to enhance water supply capacity.The paper used the time series forecasting methods, the BP neural network algorithm and combined forecast method to forecast the city’s water consumption.Then getting a better method after comparing those methods. Last combining with the theory of knowledge, On the basis of the original works of the project, we came up with a reasonable improvement to finish off the problem of urban water supply system of Shenyang.
