Nowadays, energy-saving and environmental protection are the focus of attention in the world. Circulating cooling water of power plant contains a lot of energy, but the temperature is low, so that it is difficult to directly use. Then it is often drained directly, so that it is not only wasteful, but also will pollute the environment. Recovery of circulating cooling water of power plant waste heat with heat pump technology for heating is the new way of energy conservation and emissions reduction in thermal power plants, it has important implications for improving the energy efficiency. Although heat pump technology has been applied in power plant, there are few rescarches for the heat-supply way of heating regulation affects the performance of heat pump. So how to do heat-supply regulating though heat-supply network, and make more waste heat recovery heat pump units and the least energy consumption, it has practical significance for improving the performance of heat pump in the power plant.The object of this paper is a specific application of heat pump technology to recycle waste heat for district heating power plant steam turbine exhaust steam heat pump units. Then using vb programming, to calculate and analyse the change of several external parameters on the influence of heat pump performance. Moreover, this paper analyses and compares when power plant adopts the direct and indirect connections connect form two different heating, with four different central heating heat load change adjustment way affect the performance of heat pump units. In the end, analysis on the power plant can provide several kinds of heating conditions, the power plant adopts the heating energy consumption of different adjustment modes are compared, and providing reference for optimal operation of the power plant heat pump units. Four main research results of the paper as follows:1) Using vb program to develop the single-effect LiBr absorption heat pump of the theoretical calculation software, and all point of single-effect LiBr absorption heat pump cycle parameter value, the heat pump performance parameters, equipment of the heat load of each heat exchanger, working medium flow, auxiliary engine flow parameters and so on are calculated and analyzed systematically and wholly. Then by means of the error analysis, it is drawing the error in the project allowed range, so people can use computers to optimize design and control the machine set.2) Calculating and analyzing the influence of temperature parameter change on lithium bromide absorption heat pump performance, and theoretical analysis of the calculated results, after that it draws a conclusion. In actual operation by changing the parameters adjustment can improve the performance of heat pump and at the same time should prevent solution crystallization.3) When the power plant heating connection is directly connected, the paper is respectively calculated for four kinds of adjustment means affecting the performance of heat pump. It concludes that under different heating load, using heat pump with the quality adjustment modes, coefficient of performance of heat pump is the highest. At the same time, it also gives energy consumption analysis of four different accommodation modes, then it concludes that under different load, how to choose the way to make heating energy consumption in power plant is minimal.4) When the hot-water heating system is indirectly connected with the heat consumers, calculating and analyzing the heating energy consumption of four different heating energy conditions that power plant can provide with four accommodation modes of single heat pump units in power plant. Choosing the quality adjustment modes means the optimal energy consumption is obtained. And under the condition of existing operation, appropriately increasing the temperature of the rest of hot water can reduce heating energy consumption of power plant and so on.In conclusion, through the research of this thesis, it may help actual motion of combined heat and power to improve heat pump performance and enhance the primary energy efficiency of power plant.
