Urban construction has been development very fast with the continuous development of society and the improvement of economic level. Especially in large urban construction land scarcity caused buildings to high-rise buildings and rational utilization of underground space development. Now the structure of the underground use function mainly underground garage. On the basis of meet the building use function, layer of underground structures is also more and more. The foundation pit depth is gradually increased from several meters to tens of meters. For urban construction, the construction project is always around the existing buildings or the subway, is more difficult for the support of the foundation to face the narrow space and any other problems. It is being a very important things of the construction project, and bring a new subject to the geotechnical engineering field for the design and build of the deep foundation support. The technology of the deep foundation support is got theoretical support with the progress of science and technology and the theory development.In this paper, based on North China University of Technology of the No10 student apartment as the research object, from the rationality,feasibility,cost,security analysis the foundation support plan. Select soil-nailed wall and Concrete mixing pile foundation support of the structure design, use the design results and QI MING XING software to analysis and check.For the actual situation and the Safety factors, the paper carries on the finite-element numerical simulation to the concrete mixing pile which has been taken at last. Through simulate the concrete mixing pile and comparing the actual test data, this supporting scheme is proved to be safe and reliable, and combine the project budget for the two plan comparison and analysis.and provides reference for similar foundation pit engineering in this area in the future.
