Water is the source of life, therefore, for a country, the water supply industry is particularly important. First of all, the water supply industry is indispensable, it involves the country and the public interests of the people. Due to water supply facilities need a lot of manpower and cost for maintenance, so the water supply industry is worthy of the name of energy-intensive industries. The necessity of water supply industry and its energy-intensive, both contradictory and interdependent. With the growing of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction, how to ensure water quality under the premise of saving energy and reducing consumption, to become one of the most important aspects of the water supply enterprise to improve the core competitiveness. In order to solve the problem of water shortage, Zibo Yellow River Diversion Projects was established in 2001. It is a large water conservancy infrastructure. The first phase water supply capacity of 250000 m3/d. Because the customer fails to fulfill the contract, the actual water supply around 120000 m3/d. Due to these reasons, enterprise running cost increases, formation of resources waste. Therefore, how to take effective measures to better energy-saving renovation work is also an important problem to be solved. The main contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows:1. According to the domestic and foreign water saving reconstruction practice, probes into the measures and method of transformation of water and energy saving, according to the actual situation, innovation enterprise energy-saving reform development.2. Zibo Yellow River Diversion Projects will have a series of energy-saving renovation work will advance, first, the electricity-saving rebuilding; second, the water supply system modification; and third, energy conservation and management of innovation.
