Cement concrete pavement has become more and more widely used due to its advantages of high performance and low maintenance cost. At the same time, heavy traffic is very popular in China and causes some problems serious damage and distresses of concrete pavement during its design life span, resulting that the design service life of pavement structure cannot be reached. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the maintenance and repair of pavement structure during the design life of cement concrete pavement. On the basis of introducing the preventive maintenance and evaluation technology of cement concrete pavement, this paper analyzes the main damage form of cement pavement and the reasons of the disease, and puts forward the technical measures of prevention and maintenance of cement concrete pavement disease.Based on Yi gong Road in Sichuan province, the disease form, the disease severity, the void situation of broken board, causes of the disease on the road were investigated and analyzed in this paper.The finite element method was used to analyze quantitatively the effects of various diseases on the structure of cement concrete pavement. Finally, the overall maintenance plan of Yi gong road cement concrete pavement was put forward, and the pavement structure is maintained and repaired by using the full thickness cast in situ repair technology.According to a large number of research and analysis, this paper finally summarized the design and construction strategy of new cement concrete pavement in Sichuan province from the structural design, pavement materials, engineering construction, maintenance and repair of cement concrete pavement to provide reference for the design and maintenance of cement concrete pavement, which has important practical significance for the maintenance of cement concrete pavement under heavy load condition and the improvement of the service life of cement concrete pavement. |
