| Home Lift, by definition refers to the service elevator in the family. One for luxury villas; the other is for economical villadoms. As the object of study, luxury elevator of luxury villas has been developed in the direction of low power consumption, high comfort and high-tech direction.Villa itself is full of his unique personality, because the elevator is in the villa, so its massive structure, functional configuration, the ways to open the door, the means to save energy and the decoration requires are also different from a commercial elevator in public places. Because the elevator is in relatively high requirements to the designer of their specialized knowledge. General users or developers are not familiar with the design of the elevator, which requires the designer to constantly optimize and improve the home elevator, so that they can create a private elevator for consumers. In this paper, the new independent elevator for the study, the specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the introduction of the concept of steel, to optimize the utilization of space of the elevator, we innovatively design the key components (car and tensioner) in the traditional elevator;(2) We parameterize a model for a certain type of traction elevator system by three-dimensional design software Solid Works, to ensure the parametric stability, correctness, and versatility of the complex parts.(3) Analysis elevator key components based on the finite element method. Mainly carry on static analysis on the car, tensioner pulley, racks and heavy system and modal analysis on the car and re-rack system. Get the top ten modal parameters of each component. Verify the rational structure of the key components of the elevator by simulation method.(4) Establish the actual product through testing the actual data of noise, stability, hoistway and space. Compare with the market mainstream products. Verify the rationality of the structure design through comparing. |
