At present, there are many factors that affect the construction process of road construction projects. The contractor is also faced with many risk factors, which may cause the accident of road construction projects, and can bring huge economic losses. Therefore, we should carry out effective risk management for road construction projects.Based on the project risk management theory, combined with the author’s many years of experience in project management, to Qingdao Blue Valley core area road construction project as an example, and studied the road construction project life cycle risk management theory systematically. At first, this paper analyzes the risk management research status at home and abroad, and expounds the research adopts research methods and technical route, then the related theory of project risk management are introduced, followed by the introduction of the basic situation of the blue valley core area road engineering construction project, analyzes the current situation of risk management of the project and the existing problems. Again to Qingdao Blue Valley core area road construction project risk identification and analysis of research, analysis of the basic principles of road engineering construction project in the whole life cycle of risk identification, road construction project life cycle risk identification process are discussed, the blue valley core area road construction project risk factors were determined. Again using the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, build a mathematical model of the blue valley core area construction of road engineering project risk evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results. Finally, according to the results of the project evaluation, the basic strategy of risk response is analyzed, and according to the actual characteristics of the road construction projects in the core area of the blue Silicon Valley, the corresponding measures are put forward.System this paper through three steps:risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, around investment, policy, schedule, contract, cost, quality and multiple dimensions of road construction project risk analysis, and in the project implementation process of effective risk control and drop low project risk to bring the project and other urban road construction project risk management to provide experience and reference.
