In this paper, the power loss in the process of the packaging of solar crystal silicon cells is studied, and the optimized scheme is put forward, and the power output of PV module is optimized, and the power loss is minimized, so as to reduce the production cost and improve the profit.Through the research on the package loss caused by the optical element of PV module, we verify that the crystal silicon cells collocated coated glass and EVA material through ultraviolet ray can greatly improve the optical power loss, and the same time,we can enhance the optical gain effect by the light reflection of the distance between the cell pieces.Through the research on the package loss caused by the electrical factors of PV modules, we have shown that the power loss of the welding zone is the largest. By optimizing the welding zone size, the layout design of the PV module can reduce the power loss of the part.Comprehensive consideration of the electrical and optical losses, we get the designs by keeping a reasonable configuration of cell spacing, using the high transmission packaging material, optimizing the layout to reduce the length of the welding program. According to the design plan to make the sample PV modules, the test results and the theoretical analysis are consistent, the power loss of a piece of PV module is reduced by 8W, combined with the use of optical gain, the output power of PV module is beyond the theoretical power of the battery.
