At the same time, as the national political, cultural and economic center, Beijing will continue to maintain a rapid pace of development in the next period of time, heating demand will continue to increase, Beijing after decades of construction has formed a large coal-fired thermal power center and the peak area of the city central heating pattern, with the work of coal gas into the end, the heating mode has been from coal-fired co-generation, coal-fired boiler room for the combined heat and gas fired power generation and heating mode. And the Beijing city central heating will turn into natural gas for a single energy source mode, the overall production and operation of the operation of the heat source and the thermal power of the change, the new situation of regional peak boiler expansion of the new situation, the analysis of the adaptability of central heating network heating capacity of the important significance.By means of literature analysis, survey and inductive summary method, the heating coal to gas "project and the Beijing municipal central heating development present situation and facing problems of foundation, a detailed analysis of the heating process and development trend of; combined with Beijing"13th five-year plan" urban development planning and thermal load distribution requirements, of centralized heating demand and heat supply capacity and adaptability are analyzed. Results show that by 2020, Beijing City centralized heating area of about 300 million square meters, total heat load demand at least 17047 MW, heating capacity is 4837 MW a huge gap cannot satisfy "13th five-year plan" during the city’s central heating demand. If the thermal power plant heat supply capacity increased to 9060 MW, peak load boiler room heating capacity increased to 9188 MW, total heating capacity for 18248 MW, greater than predicted 17047 MW heating load and can meet the 2020 urban centralized heating demand of heat supply network.Based on The hydraulic balance of Flowra3.2 network analysis software and the pressure diagram of hydraulic computation of heating pipe network, analysis of the matching between heating network and heat sources. The calculated results show that the completion of all four gas-fired thermoelectric center and spike boiler, changed the urban heat supply network is the original network topology and heat source structure.
