Control valve as one of these three basic equipment instrumentation, control valve, controller for industrial process control system, and it’s the key terminal equipment for the entire automation system, including pneumatic control valve which occupies about 70% of the share. Regulating valve is based on the output of remote control signal the, automatically changeing the controlled object process unit medium flow, to achieve the purpose of regulating the production process parameters. Since the valve is installed in harsh production site environment, directly exposure to toxic, high / low temperature, corrosive, high pressure, including particles or fibers and other craft media.And the control valve member with mechanical action frequent is an electrical integration equipment to perform an action, so regulating valve prone to fail, the performance not only of the process control system to adjust the quality of the pros and cons, more importantly, have a significant impact on the production of safe and stable operation.Currently, during the product quality control for valve manufacturing enterprises, mainly in accordance with the requirements of(manual) process valve is pressure, sealed, leak, action lifetime test, paying less attention to the valve-specific fine tuning performance. The end-user companies of regulating valve although have the usual maintenance check, periodic overhaul, and fault repair, but mainly rely on the professional experience and responsibility technicians to repair valve disintegration, visual inspection, cleaning, replacement consumable parts, reassembly, which is very time-consuming, and the entire maintenance is lack of scientific techniques.After In-depth study of the foundation IEC, ISA, EPRI and other associations on the technical aspects of regulating valve of international standards and related literature, and thinking and draw on modern medical examination mode and system which made great contributions to human health and disease diagnosis.This article firtly proposed three categories of regulating valve performance evaluation: the operation load performance, position control performance, flow regulation performance, and innovatively design comprehensive range of quantitative indicators to describe the performance of each category.Secondly, the design of the test signal for each performance evaluation indicators, test purposes and testing program. Especially in the frequency domain characteristic evaluation index design, and firstly design the cutoff frequency and a delay characteristic variable frequency sweep signal detection system, greatly improving the convenience and accuracy of performance testing.Finally, on the basis of cooperation in the establishment of a control valve mechanism SIMULINK nonlinear dynamic model, and the real test comparison test valve to determine the accuracy of the model, then conducting the model of the mechanism of performance evaluation and simulation test.According to the known mechanism model and performance indicators the simulation results were compared to assess the analysis, in order to verify the evaluation of this design and can be targeted to achieve sexual and test signal. Building a control valve experimental test hardware platform, based on Lab VIEW environment to prepare performance evaluation test software, through the control valve of the real experimental test to verify the availability of the designed performance evaluation system.The results of this study not only provide a comprehensive scientific assessment of the performance of the control valve technology, but also adjust the basis of valve failure diagnosis. Control valve manufacturers can develop inspection technology for enterprises to enhance user control valve maintenance technology.For professional service enterprises,improving the control valve maintenance technology to provide more scientific techniques, also hopes to promote the development of technical standards regulating valve and progress.
