Control valve actuators is important in the process of industrial production.Because the control valve need to work long times in high temperature,high pressure,strong corrosion under the harsh conditions.Damage to the internal components of the control valve will not only affect the control effect,make the product can't meet the process requirements,but will also become a serious safety hazard,seriously endangering the factory property and the lives of personnel.Control valves are maintained and repaired regularly by the manufacturer,but it is usually time-consuming,laborious and inefficient to disassemble all control valves.Developing a performance evaluation system which evaluate the performance of control valves and selective disassembly and maintenance of control valves can save a lot of manpower and material costs.Based on the development platform of LabVIEW and the benchmarks of ISA,EPRI,IEC and national standards,this paper designs a set of performance evaluation software with perfect functions.It divides the performance of control valves into three categories: positioning control performance,action load performance and flow regulation performance.At the same time,it has a series of perfect tests.The performance evaluation software is mainly used for off-line test.According to different test items,the corresponding performance parameters can be obtained.Finally,a complete control valve repair report is generated.The performance evaluation software mainly includes five modules: basic information module,signal sending module,data acquisition module,performance parameter extraction module and report generation module.Taking frequency response test and load performance test as examples,the realization of signal generation and performance extraction is explained.In this paper,an experimental platform of performance evaluation software for control valves is set up.Taking the main water supply valve of Pakistan K2 as the test object,the overall performance test is carried out on it.Then the performance parameters collected automatically are compared with those collected manually to prove the reliability of the software in extracting performance parameters.Finally,by analyzing the data curve in the load performance test and starting with the working principle of the control valve,the relationship between the gas chamber pressure and the strain force is deeply analyzed,and the accuracy of the strain force data collected by the software is proved from two different angles,qualitative and quantitative.his paper develops a performance evaluation system for control valves.By analyzing the collected data,the performance parameters of control valves are obtained.According to different test items,different check-up reports of control valves are generated.The performance evaluation software is mainly used for the ex-factory test of control valves and provides reference for periodic maintenance of control valve applicants.According to it.
