| With evolution and improvement of the pneumatic technology and computer control technology, pneumatic technology is widely applied in various fields in the industry. The flow control valve plays an important component. This paper is based on the background of flow control in the pneumatic engine, proposing an overall structure of fast-positioned switching valve based on the PWM control technique. Further study on the flow characteristics, response and control, establish the foundation of the application for the next step in the pneumatic engine.The PWM control-based flow control switch valve, according to the spool positioning principle, combines with the control objectives, expands the research on its structural parameters and the control modules. Based on the hydraulic damping and electromagnetic control, combined the switch valve flow characteristics, the switching valve is designed. According to the electromagnetic and mechanical properties, the spool displacement equation of motion is established; the numerical simulation and the structural parameters affecting the switching valve performance are analyzed through MATLAB/Simulink software. Chip of STC11F04 and the driver modules are used to design PWM continuously adjustable duty cycle input signal. Study on the displacement adjustable range of the position-switch valve with the variable of duty cycle. Finally, using the Fluent software to simulate the flow field, from the export flow characteristics, the control sensitivity to the smooth flow. And then the flow passage have been optimized to further improve the switching valve structure.The subject of research in the field of pneumatic control technology has theoretical significance, which is valuable to product development. |
