With the convenient and benifit project continuously promote,users put forward higher request of the urbanwater supply.On the one hand,the difficulty of water supply is improving.One other hand,people’s life and companys puts forword higher requirements on water stability,like high building water supply,medical devices and chemical industrys.So,to design a high stability,mechanical and electronic control high coordination and wide application fields of constant pressure water supply system has become a new topic of the secondary water supply industry.The paper has throughed to the development of variable frequency constant pressure water supply theory and overviewed the present situation at home and abroad.At the same time through the university-enterprise cooperation mastered the mainly application technology of secondary water supply.Analyzed the main related factors which influence the stability of water pressure.Combined nonlinear and time-varying characteristics and the existing advantages and defects in water supply system,put forword the variable frequency constant pressure water supply system which based on the bidirectional stabilizer and fuzzy predictive control method.The use of bidirectional stabilizer makes the better hydraulic stability.This control method can use a few number of submodels to reflect the dynamic characteristics of the whole water supply system.And through the optimization of objective function to get the optimal control of the current time on the water supply system.And it also can eliminate the system and the work enviroment with uncertainty about the effects on the performance of water supply.Through the simulation of system analysis and comparison of the experimental process shows that the project of good tracking performance and stability of the ability to recover when the water pressure fluctuations, realized the water pressure of water supply in the range of stable output.
