Wind power generation control technology plays a key role in normal, safe, reliable and effic ient operation of the wind turbine, and research on wind power control technology is drawing much attention from experts and scholars. With the rapid development of wind power technology, the pitch control technology has been also put forward higher requirements in order to enhance the performance of the wind power system.In this paper, the mathematical model of wind power generation system has been built on the the principle and the basic premise of the theory research of wind power pitch, and the fuzzy PID control has been used to reduce the influence of the disturbance and parameter perturbation of the system.In addition, because it is difficult to precisely define the fuzzy PID control rule, the support vector machine and fuzzy PID are combined to realize the adaptive control of the pitch system of wind power generation. Aiming at the shortage of conventional PID pitch control,A fuzzy PID-based pitch control methods is proposed. The combination of fuzzy and PID can effectively make up the deficiency of conventional PID. The fuzzy PID controller of the wind turbine is simulated by random wind. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller has good dynamic performance and robustness against wind speed disturbance, and can effectively improve the control effect of the variable pitch system of wind turbine.Fuzzy control is a kind of control based on rule of thumb, which will not change after control rules. In order to enhance the self-learning habits and predictability of the system, An improved method of fuzzy PID control based on online support vector machine is proposed, which is used to support vector machine learning and training. The basic parameters and basic structure of the controller are obtained by us ing fuzzy PID control method. By comparing the simulation results show that based on the online support vector machine(SVM) and fuzzy PID variable pitch control, to improve the wind turbine variable pitch control performance, the random wind speed has strong robustness, can better smoothly adjust the pitch angle, to ensure the output of the wind turbine stable power.
