Rubber concrete is a new concrete material is mechanically processed rubber added to concrete to replace the same amount of sand. Compared with ordinary concrete, appropriate particle size and volume rubber powder concrete with good performance, impact resistance and durability, but it will cause the loss of concrete strength. The advent of the rubber concrete not only to improve the basic properties of concrete, it is to solve the pollution of waste rubber provides a road of sustainable development. Although the rubber at home and abroad has more concrete research, but how many of these studies focused on the strength of ordinary concrete in the low range, high strength and high performance concrete research less involved. Global increasingly harsh natural environment and building works to keep the big cross, continue to extend all aspects of towering concrete materials for the performance put forward higher requirements, therefore high performance concrete with its good performance in the future projects will be more extensive development and application, but its large shrinkage, high brittleness and other problems will hinder its rapid development. The purpose of this article 60-80 rubber powder is incorporated into strength class C50,C60,C70 high-performance concrete, explore different contents by means of a rubber powder test the strength of each grade high strength and high performance concrete the basic performance studied. The main research results are as follows:1. Test measures the strength of each grade rubber high strength and high performance concrete mix workability and shrinkage influence law, it was found that would cause the loss of high performance concrete slump after the incorporation and expansion of rubber powder, loss rate of concrete slump is proportional to the intensity, and the slump loss rate bigger than the expansion degree. With the increase of rubber content of concrete air content is also growing, and the greater the strength of concrete, air content greater the growth, including the existence of an inverse relationship between the gas and the slump.The incorporation of an appropriate amount of rubber powder can reduce the value of concrete shrinkage. However, excessive incorporation of crumb rubber will increase the value of concrete shrinkage.2. Experimental study on the effects of different rubber content on high strength and high performance concrete compressive strength, the results show that decrease the amount of intensity is proportional to the incorporation of rubber, and the concrete strength, the greater the decline, but the incorporation of rubber can be significantly improved form of concrete at failure, toughness also increases.3. Experimental study on the effects of different rubber content on high strength and high performance concrete frost resistance and impermeability, mainly from the relative dynamic elastic modulus and electric flux index determination. Studies have shown that: the intensity level is high performance concrete C50 incorporated 8% of the rubber can effectively improve the frost resistance of concrete, while the incorporation of a rubber strength after class C60,C70 frost resistance of high performance concrete instead decreased, and the more the rubber incorporation, frost resistance worse. After the incorporation of rubber impermeability different intensity levels of high performance concrete are improved, the strength grade C50 impermeability by up to high performance concrete.
