Aerial ladder truck is a special purpose vehicle, is based on car chassis equipped with telescopic ladder, turntable, bucket and safety device held high fire truck, which is suitable for the modern society of high-rise building fire rescue, the foundation to improve rescue efficiency. Ladder frame structure is an important part of the ladder truck, is a key component of complete ladders function, its performance has great influence on the vehicle performance and rescue capability, the design and manufacture level can reflect the technical level of the ladder truck. This thesis is based on Hubei Province Special Automobile Research Institute of straight boom aerial ladder fire truck project completion, mainly to the optimization and improvement of a certain type of aerial ladder fire truck ladder structure as research object, carries on the static analysis and dynamic analysis in typical working condition, through simulation analysis get a ladder structure under the conditions the stress, strain, draw the ladder frame low order natural frequency and vibration, verified the possibility to resonance in external excitation. Combining static analysis and dynamic analysis results, topology optimization and size optimization on the ladder, the ladder structure of the lightweight process. According to the results of analysis, to optimize the ladder structure, and further verify the safety, reliability and validity of the ladder frame after optimization.This topic shows that, the computer aided design and finite element analysis together can shorten the product development cycle, improve the development efficiency and reduce the cost of product.
