With the rapid development of the city, the buildings are higher and higher.Although convenience is brought, it will burn fierce, spreading by many way, firecontrol will be more difficult and cause many inconvenience for fire rescue when fireoccurred. It requires both rescue equipment working in narrow space and long distance, like oil fire rescue, four-lane takahashi rescue, broken bridge rescue, narrow mountainroad rescue. It all requires ladder truck rescuing in confined spaces and longdistance. Thus, in order to solve this problem this paper, a new structure of ladder truckwas designed to meet with the condition which rescuing in the space of narrow and longdistance. This paper involved main content as follows:The new structure design and its stability analysis of ladder truck on narrow spacemainly include the whole structure analysis in narrow space and long distance, and thestudy for key balance weight design. The main method this paper used is modeling forladder truck’s structure by solidworks and searching good structure form and weightrelationship. The dynamic analysis of balance weight and the state control parameters(forpartner applications) of ladder truck was added by using ladder truck’s Admas dynamicsimulation. The method in anyalysising is Adams modeling, loading constraints, appliedload and the dynamic simulation. The mechanics mathematical model was established and the optimal balancedweight quality was analysed and caculated for stability of ladder truckby using thebuilding of ladder truck’s mechanics and mathematical model and the analysis ofstability. The parametric software of ladder truck was designed by using VC++to complete the design and development of ladder truck’s parametric analysis software.
