As a key protective products distribution facilities in modern society, distribution of the housing has been widely used in major shopping mall, office building and factory power supply system, became an important protective equipment for integrated distribution facility. With the distribution room internal control system and substation system became large scale,complexity and diversification, the size of the distribution room also increases. In the process of distribution corrugated plate welding, low efficiency, low precision, large residual deformation and stress concentration of the problems, have became more and more serious. Therefore, designed a set of large-scale distribution of welding Turnover Working Platform,to solve the above problems are particularly important.Through the existing large scale distribution room welding process and the welding position analysis, Flip the working platform is designed for large distribution room corrugated plate welding, and it’s three-dimensional model established by UG. The structure mainly comprises a base, a turning bracket, a pneumatic clamp, a fixed seat, a movable pin shaft, a hydraulic system, and so on. Using ADAMS simulation of the flip action, the extraction of the overall and key parts of the bearing force. The data was imported into ANSYS Workbench, and the stress and strain analysis of the key components of the turning mechanism was carried out to ensure the safety of the mechanism. The house of steel structure deformation in the process of turning is analyzed, Increased the auxiliary support method optimized and improved flip working platform, in order to meet the accuracy requirements of welding. On this basis, with pneumatic magnetic clamp scraping of the corrugated plate clamping way as the location condition, combined with ABAQUS coupled thermal structural analysis, house corrugated plate welding simulation, the residual stress and deformation of theoretical analysis. To master the law of production and distribution, for the actual production process selection and improvement of welding fixture and provide a theoretical basis.A new type of turning platform is proposed to improve the corrugated plate welding process of the distribution room. By using the finite element method, the turning process and the welding process of the corrugated plate the distribution of stress and deformation are accurately obtained. Through the above study of turning platform components are optimized, and improved practical welding equipment and welding precision, so as to improve the production efficiency of distribution room.
