At the stage of planning workers number,most automobile manufacturing enterprise generally only consider whether the market demand can reach the standard.In the aspect of job performance,enterprise more consider whether the working time utilization can meet demand,rather than some indexes of workers,such as action fatigue degree and operational safety factor etc.All operators follow a uniform standard of working time utilization,but for operators responsible for different jobs,their fatigue levels are different.Although the working time utilization meets the requirements,there may be cases lower work efficiency and higher operation error rate due to excessive fatigue,so that the expected target cannot be achieved.Therefore,when assessing the working time utilization of the employees,the physical and psychological fatigue load of the workers should be considered from the perspective of human factors,so that the high-quality production can be ensured while ensuring the safe,healthy and efficient work of the welding staff.Scientifically and reasonably evaluate the ergonomics of the welding workshop and study the influence mechanism of its ergonomics on the working time utilization.It has undoubtedly important theoretical and practical value for improving the working time utilization of the welding workshop operators.Through the field work of the working environment,operation mode and operation standard of the welding workshop of a car enterprise,comprehensive use of the way of subjective questionnaire survey,ergonomic analysis and working time utilization evaluation,to find out the disadvantages of the current method of working time utilization evaluation.According to the analysis results of the survey data of the relevant factors of the welding workshop operator,a reasonable experimental plan is established.The Eegosports 64-channel wireless brain electrical system was used to collect operator's brainwave data during the experiment.On the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the method of wavelet denoising is used to preprocess the experimental data,and the Fast Fourier Transform is used to analyze and process the experimental data,and the brainwave index for fatigue evaluation is obtained.According to the fatigue evaluation index,the method of working time utilization evaluation considering the ergonomics state was established,and the evaluation results of the new and old methods of working time utilization evaluation are compared and analyzed.Finally,the newly established methods of working time utilization evaluation is verified to have a meaning of existence by the analysis toolkit of metabolic energy and fatigue recovery in Jack.The new ergonomic-based working time utilization assessment method based on experimental data improved the working time utilization degree for 44 people of the 120 people,and the percentage of improvement was 36.7%.Finally,using Jack's analysis tool to verify the newly-established working time utilization evaluation method,the results of the working time utilization evaluation method considering the ergonomic state are in line with the actual situation,and can be applied to assessment working time utilization for the car welding workshop operator.
