Railway signal relay is one of the main components in the railway signal equipment, used to make or break the signal for multi-channel switch control circuit. Its running reliability and safety is to ensure that all kinds of automatic control, remote control signal equipment normal work must demand, is the important component of railway signal system. However, with the development of high-speed rail, to relay on various aspects of performance requirements more and more high.Because of the railway signal relay trip is short, the corresponding and time is short, to the real dynamic parameters and process understanding, such as contact speed, jumping, etc. Past research on the railway signal relay mainly for electromagnetic system, but for the mechanical part of the research is not much. In order to study the real motion process, understand the relay and the change of the parameters in the process of absorption, so as to make corresponding improvement to relay. In this paper, a model of railway signal relay as the research object, analyses its working principle, mathematical model is established, and Lagrange equation, the complete analysis of the relay and dynamic process, get the trip contact bounce of displacement, velocity and time varying curve, data analysis, the reaction force spring plays a vital role in the process of attracting, and compared with the test results, verify the validity of the simulation. To study the real motion process of relay, the analysis process parameters provide the basis.On the other hand to understand the factors infl uencing the relay vibration resistance, improve the level of relay anti vibration, and on the basis of above research, and mainly fro m the perspective of the whole machine, the two directions of prone to jitter sine vibration, vibration limit acceleration and pressure difference, the relationship between vibration acceleration and limit the relationship between various forces, find out the factors influencing the vibration acceleration limit, and the adjustment of the spring best forces has made an analysis, put forward some of the relay high vibration method, and the influence of other electrical performance caused by these methods are analyzed, in order to further study relay vibration characteristics and improve the seismic performance of relay provides the basis.
