Informatization technology is one of the important ways to improve enterprise R & D capability and realize the transformation and upgrading. At present, the application of CAD in Zhejiang manufacturing enterprises has been fully popularized, and other types of information tools are gradually being popularized. The information integrated manufacturing environment has initially formed.In the information integrated manufacturing environment, a large number of parts parameter data is not fully utilized. In this paper, for greater demand for the configuration design task, based on the references of the node properties in product configuration model established the general model of design knowledge, according to the knowledge calculation between design parameters of iterative sensitivity and clear correlation parameters, and obtained the initial parameters design structure matrix (DSM). A configuration design and design knowledge integration process management method is proposed for product design process in the over reliance on experience, difficult to quantitative control and low design efficiency issues. Based on the traditional DSM optimization method, this method is proposed to design the process of the design process in the context of knowledge integration, and eventually gain the task granularity appropriate design process planning.On the basis of the above, a new method of process dynamic organization based on conditional design structure matrix has been proposed. First this paper analyzes the necessity of considering the conditional constraint in design process, through design knowledge and parameters of quotes to establish constraints model, and then in the traditional parameter DSM model introduced conditional knowledge dimension, constitutes a three-dimensional model of the condition of DSM. At last, on the basis of the model, the process of the DSM stack is used to reconstruct the process.On the basis of the above ideas, a general configuration design workflow support system is developed, taking automobile shock absorber design process modeling and automobile constant velocity universal joint design process dynamic organization as examples, the feasibility of those ideas has been proved. The results show that the method can support frequent upstream component parameters heuristically selected without causing the development cycle to extend in large, and relies on fewer design experience, high automatic degree, and it is conducive to improve the design parallelism.At the end of this paper, for more extensive design resources which is not easy to form of expression of the fuzzy class, a support dynamic process of intelligence resource integration system prototype framework is proposed, and the functional requirements of the principle of the system is also analyzed. With XML、Web Services as support tools, the feasibility of this idea is illustrated with a finite element analysis and calculation example.
