Research On Knowledge Component And Its Application For Product Design Knowledge Management

Products as the sum of dematerialization services and providing certain utility services meet the needs of the people carrier and are the basic of social survival and development. Product design is a relatively complex and iterative process. As the lack combination of product design knowledge management and knowledge engineering, the research on knowledge component for product design knowledge management which can shorten product development cycles, improve design efficiency and reduce development costs, reduce design fault, improve product design reliability and have important significance.Focusing on the theory of product design knowledge management, the domestic study status of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and research status retrieval is summarized. The general theory of the product design process, the content of knowledge management and the logical framework of product design knowledge management is elaborated. The connotation and classification of product design knowledge, the technology of software component and Swing Page Tools is analyzed. Based on these theories and techniques, a methodology of knowledge component for product design knowledge management is proposed, my work including product design knowledge management framework design, product design knowledge content and application analysis, analysis and design knowledge components and empirical knowledge component applications.Firstly, the framework of product design knowledge management is the basis of this article. Then, the three-dimensional product design knowledge classification method is proposed to analyze product design knowledge model and build the ontology knowledge base. The application of knowledge based on U/C matrix method for product design knowledge management process mapping and design knowledge integration through product design knowledge application unit analysis. After that, combine with the actual needs of product design knowledge management, sum up the principles of constructing knowledge components, the conceptual knowledge, general structure, encapsulation and classification of knowledge component are analyzed, and three type of knowledge components are designed. Finally, the knowledge components for a mechanical product design as an example are designed to assemble into product design knowledge management system, which is to verify the usefulness of the knowledge components of research methods.
