With the country "One family,one meter" project and "Step toll system" full ground implementation of policy, it indicates that water management department in price as a lever to urge residents to save water and start a new journey. Of course, in order to comply with the "Step toll system" policy of the country, on the basis of the existing measuring instruments based on the development of water with a water ladder accounting functions of measuring instruments have highly relevant and practical.
