With the rapid development of rail transit industry,as EMU’s main power unit,the importance of saving energy and reducing consumption of asynchronous motor is increasingly highlighted. Ensuring that the motor has good response effect,traditional way of flux control still produce large motor loss under light load.Actually.the train’s running time between stations occupies 1/3 even more in light load condition,resulting that the motor will continue to work under the low efficiency.Therefore,researching the efficiency of the asynchronous motor optimization problem will make important practical significance to save energy,build a conservation-minded enterprise and the development of circular economy.Based on the basic theory of asynchronous motor vector control and in order to make the asynchronous motor efficiency optimization control strategy digital implementation,the paper studies and establishes the mathematical simulation model of considering iron loss asynchronous motor two phase static coordinates.Analyzing the composition of the asynchronous motor control loss,the paper researches and sets up the rotating coordinate of motor system.Those provides a theoretical basis for the ealization of the efficiency optimization.On the basis of the asynchronous motor model,taking the minimum of motor control as the control target,the paper researches and analysises the magnetic chain optimization instruction.Moreover,its trend along with the change of motor speed and torque is detailed analysised and elucidated. In addition, comparing with the conventional flux control in loss and efficiency,its whole optimization effect is set highlight,which solves the problem of traditional light load inefficiencies.The paper puts forward considering the improvement voltage flux observer which replaces the pure integral element and eliminates the DC bias.What’s more,the flux observer improves the accuracy of the observer through the phase and amplitude real-time compensation,which laid a good ground work for control of flux accurately.An entirely independent EMU traction inverter system is realized.A large amount of functional experiments are carried out through the power-fed test platform.Through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software and experiment,the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimal flux control of the EMU is verified.
