Marine Power Station is the important component of a ship engine room. With the trend of large-scale vessels and simplify personnel configuration, it needs more higher requirements of integration, ease of operation and management for engine room monitoring alarm system and Marine power station. With the development of electronic technology and network technology, industrial field bus technology is widely used in harsh conditions of industrial environments, modular and intelligent distributed automation controllers made complex networks work simple and reliable. To make the monitoring System can modular, and increase the reliability of system, proposed the design of the embedded marine power station network monitoring system, and hope that through this project, designed the marine power station distributed monitoring system based on CAN Bus.The design of the embedded marine power station network monitoring system contains the design of marine power station control process, hardware circuit board and embedded software program on real-time operating system μC/OSii.The design of marine power station control process aims to realize the real-time parameters monitoring of marine power station and control functions, such as generator sets auto standby switch, power auto management, auto start, auto cut off and frequency and power modulation. Hardware circuit board design based of marine power station network monitoring system functions, to select the Cortex-M3 core processor STM32F107, and design voltage, current, frequency and phase difference signal acquisition circuit to implement signal input and output functions. Embedded software programming includs real-time operating system μC/OSii transplant, design of underlying hardware-driven design, design of network communication protocol, marine power station network monitoring system functional tasks, and the design of sync generator control panel and synchronization panel on touch screen.The design of the embedded marine power station network monitoring system has advantages of low cost, flexible, intuitive and easy to operate, and easy to implement the control system modular, networking and distributed design, which is significance for ship station network monitoring further research and development.
