Main engine remote control system is an important part of the engine room control system.Flexible and reliable remote control system is the foundation to improve the level of engine room automation.With the increasingly serious environmental problems,greater demands have been placed on the system.And due to the widely application of electronic technology,computer technology and network technology in ship,these requirements have conditions to be achieved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status and development trend of the remote control system,and a remote control system is designed based on distributed architecture,with an emphasis on design and implementation of the host interface module and converter module.The system is based on embedded technology,with CAN bus as the main communication mode within the system.And the system is connected to the local area network of vessel via Ethernet.24V DC power is used within the system which is converted by 220V AC power.And a UPS system is used to achieve two-way automatic switching function of power supply system,which improves the reliability of the system.In the aspect of hardware circuit design,STM32F107 microprocessor is selected.The whole circuit is composed of several parts including digital signals input and output circuit,analog signals input and output circuit,speed signal acquisition circuit,CAN bus communication circuit and RS-485 communication circuit.Through these,the on-site switching and various sensors signals can be acquired,and the control function of the actuator such as solenoid valve and transmission of various signals between different models can be achieved.In the aspect of function design,requirement analysis and design related to the M/E remote control,speed control and alarm monitoring functions are realized,and the programming of digital governor and M/E remote control is also implemented.On the basis of transplantation of ?C/OSii real-time operating system,related underlying drivers are designed to achieve the application functions of the system.In speed control,the tachometric is surveyed by the method of measuring the cycles and is adjusted by anti-windup PID control algorithm,and program control is used during low speed stage of the starting process.After simulation test and bench test,it is confirmed that the host interface module and the governor module can achieve the basic control functions,and speed regulation effect is good.This lays the foundation for the continuous improvement of the system,and also has certain practical significance to the design and development of marine main engine remote control system.
