| With the rapid development of industrial technology, electro hydraulic servo control system is widely used in various fields because of its high control precision and fast response speed. Electro hydraulic servo valve is the key control component of electro hydraulic servo control system, and its performance directly affects the accuracy and stability of the whole control system. Therefore, construction of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test platform is important to test the performance of servo valve and servo control system.According to the the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of electro hydraulic servo valve, the specific test items of the performance test is determined based on the national test standard. Test items include no-load flow characteristic test, internal leakage characteristic test, resolution characteristic test, zero characteristic test, frequency characteristic test, step characteristic test. The construction of performance test system of the servo valve is completed according to test items, the corresponding measurement and control system is designed according to the specific functions of the testing system. Industrial computer and data acquisition card mode is chose as the core of the control system, the model of industrial computer, data acquisition card, all kinds of sensor is selected, the signal conditioning circuit is designed. Finally, each test is written by graphical programming software LabVIEW, the correctness of the program is verified by the related hardware, the test of the static and dynamic characteristics of electro hydraulic servo valve is completed by software and hardware.The static performance and dynamic performance of electric hydraulic servo valve are realized through the measurement and control system of electric hydraulic servo valve test table. Due to all the operation and monitor of test procedure realized by PC, the automation level and accuracy of test system are improved greatly. |
