Electro-hydraulic servo control technology is an automated high-tech integrating hydraulics,electronics,machinery,computers,and sensing.It has been widely used in metallurgy,petrochemical,military,shipbuilding,construction,transportation and other industrial production host products.In the servo system,the electro-hydraulic servo valve connects the electrical part of the system with the hydraulic part to realize the conversion and amplification of electrical and hydraulic signals and the control of hydraulic actuators.Electro-hydraulic servo valve is the most important servo control element in the closed-loop control system.It is a key component of the electro-hydraulic servo system.Its performance and correct use are directly related to the control accuracy and response speed of the entire system,and it also directly affects the reliability and service life of the system.In view of this,it is particularly important to test its characteristic indexes.In this study,the virtual instrument technology and the electro-hydraulic servo valve performance test technology were combined.Using the graphical software tool LabVIEW,a portable data acquisition system based on the static characteristics of an electro-hydraulic servo valve based on myRIO was designed.Firstly,the development process and development status of the testing technology of the electro-hydraulic servo valve control system are analyzed and studied.The system test plan constructed for the electro-hydraulic servo valve testing system is studied and established.Secondly,based on the system test scheme and related test technology,the hardware platform of QDY-6 electro-hydraulic servo valve test system was built.According to the requirements of equipment standards,suitable test hardware components were selected and the functions of main components were analyzed.Again,the electro-hydraulic servo valve characteristic test program was programmed under the LabVIEW software development platform.The software interface was designed and various function modules were developed.Finally,myRIO is embedded into the test system of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.LabVIEW software technology is used to deploy the program to myRIO.The communication method using network shared variables is analyzed and researched to achieve data transmission and control between myRIO and computer and iPad.The no-load flow characteristics,load flow characteristics,pressure gain characteristics,and internal leakage characteristics of the static characteristics that best reflected the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo valve were tested.By analyzing the results obtained from the test,the portable data acquisition system based on the static characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve based on myRIO meets the technical requirements of the test function and realizes the real-time online mobile test of the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.The system is portable,efficient,man-machine interface is friendly,the program structure is clear,easy to read and maintain,and provides a theoretical basis for the further development of the network test system of electro-hydraulic servo valve characteristics.
