| With the development of smart grid and power market, the structure of power grid become more and more complex, numerous risk factors have put forward new challenges to the safe and stable operation of power grid.In order to meet the requirement of rapid load growth, power grid often operate in the state closed to its limits, so that the problem of post-contingency power flow overload is prominent, and urge to explore the corresponding solutions. Base on the traditional risk theory, this thesis integrate FACTS corrective control into power grid operational risk assessment, explore the effective method of risk management and control, design and develop the engineering practice system of risk theory. According to the research of FACTS control and power grid operational risk assessment and control, the summary of main contributions of this paper is as follows.Firstly, in order to describe the risk level of power grid, the quantized operation risk indices is established considering weather, equipment aging and maintenance factors, the level of line overload and bus low voltage are selected to reflect severity. A two-stage optimal configuration method is proposed considering the power injection model of FACTS.Secondly, the mechanism of FACTS corrective control have been analyzed, a fast post-contingency power flow corrective control model considering FACTS devices is proposed and integrated into power operational risk assessment process to eliminate emergency overloads and low bus voltages caoused by line outages. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective by analyzing the influence of FACTS corrective control, configuration placement and capacity on the power grid operational risk.Finally, according to the demand of the dispatch and operation department, the risk-based dispatch system is established from five aspects:risk collection, risk identification, risk assessment, risk warning and risk control. The hardware architecture, software architecture and functional architecture are well designed. And the practice of risk-based dispatch system is introduced from the data interfaces, background process and webpages. |
