In a process of using, spontaneouscombustion phenomenon is often seen due to local parts caused by toohigh temperature, the consequent result could not only threaten people’slives, but also can bring huge economy loss.If you can monitor automobile parts’ temperature on real-time, orcheck out exception in vehicle maintenance, Once problems are detected,remind people to take appropriate measures in advance, effectivelyreduce the possibility of spontaneous combustion.On account of the two realistic consideration, this paper proposes anintelligent distributed temperature measurement and controlearly-warning system based on STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputerused in Automobile, Main works are as follows:(1) Temperature detection module adopts single bus technology, usesDS18B20digital sensors to detect multi-point temperature, with stronganti-interference performance, simple connection, easy to control andcheap, combines the CRC to improve the precision of the acquisition data.(2) LCD is applied to display the date, time, components andtemperature in cycle. When abnormal temperatures appeared, LCD locksthe parts and highlight the fault information.(3) Key circuit is designed to query, In addition, to set the phonenumber, temperature threshold (below the burning point), date and time,meets the needs of different owners and models.(4) Voltage conversion circuit is designed to make the SIM300circuit and main circuit to work normally, use the GPRS network torealize remote phone alarm.(5) VB Language is adopted to write the PC procedure, to completethe communication between the PC and the system.Main functions:(1) The system can monitor the real-timetemperatures of automobile parts. There are three ways to inform ownerby voice alarmã€LCD alarm and phone alarm, at the same time.(2) Keepand record the temperature of the vehicle. Information stored can beextracted to troubleshoot the problem via automobile maintenance.The results show that, the system can detect real-time temperatureã€storeã€read back aiming at the key component, break through the previousregion limitations. If the system would be modified slightly, It can beused in other monitoring and alarm system. It broadens the applicationfields greatly and has a promising prospect. |
