| In this paper, the research background is based on the Guangzhou port production business system. The paper takes the port ship operation process as the research object, it combines the theory and method of the process knowledge mining and the practical management problems in the development of intelligent logistics, and depict the real business process of port ship operation. On this basis, the intelligent optimization design of port logistics process is proposed.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of port ship operation, and uses the theory and method of workflow modeling, according to the organization structure and the interaction relationship between the port and ship operation process, combined with the real operation flow and port logistics domain expert opinion in Guangzhou port, and establishes a workflow model. Secondly, this paper analyzes the basis of the control flow of the port ship operation, based on process mining technology, from the process point of view, using the port ship operation process log events, depicts the real business process of port enterprise ship operations management, and using the data flow information in the process, analyzes the process knowledge information related to the process behavior. Then, based on the workflow modeling and control flow mining, the consistency check of the two parts is realized. The abnormal cases are found by measuring the deviation of the real process and the process. Finally, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the port ship operation flow, and realizes it in the process of the Guangzhou port production business system and the control system.This paper presents a technical route for the analysis of port bulk and general cargo ship business process mining. In this paper, the method of process mining is used to optimize the business process of the bulk and general cargo ship, which is of significance for the optimization and reconstruction of similar complex process. |
