Modern enterprises have multiple sources of profit,and logistics is one of them,with the title of "third source of profit." The efficient operation of logistics operations can not only free up a lot of time for production landing,shorten the entire product operation cycle,but also deliver products in a timely and fast manner,which greatly improves product operation efficiency and saves unnecessary expenses.DQ engaged in automobile manufacturing has some problems in the design of the overall property process,such as the unreasonable links in the transportation parts and materials and the arrangement of the in and out materials,and lack of some communication,which leads to inaccurate and untimely overall logistics information,which in turn leads to insufficient product output.Can’t keep up with demand.It is precisely because the logistics business process design is reasonable or not that it plays an important role in improving the logistics management level of the enterprise.Therefore,this article is dedicated to studying the logistics business process of the enterprise.The specific content is as follows:(1)Focus on the company’s logistics business and conduct corresponding research based on the theory,including theories including JIT distribution,lean logistics,business process reengineering theory,and so on.Next,analyze the company’s current logistics business process and its basic situation,as well as analysis of management level,and then analyze and summarize the existing problems,including process,management,information and so on.This briefly describes the necessity and urgency of logistics business process reengineering for the enterprise.(2)Use related tools,such as activity cost method,to sort out the business process of the enterprise,analyze the waste in the design of the outbound and inbound storage process,and propose improvement measures.Analysis of the importance of reshaping business processes is mainly based on the analysis of process connectivity and accuracy of logistics storage locations.Redesign a logistics business process that is conducive to the current and future long-term development of the enterprise,including links such as outbound and inbound storage,logistics off-site receiving and sending,inventory,and packaging equipment configuration.(3)Taking the reconstructed business process as the starting point,analyze the principles that it should follow in the specific operation process,which steps are specifically included,and are divided into several implementation stages.What key issues should be paid attention to during the specific implementation process.Assess potential risks and provide countermeasures to protect them.The first is the guarantee at the system level,then the supporting human and organizational resources,and finally the guarantee in the performance management.Studying the logistics business process of DQ company,analyzing its existing problems and reshaping it,on the one hand,it can improve the overall logistics efficiency,save some costs for the company,improve the company’s logistics management level,and accelerate the development of logistics business processes towards informationization.On the one hand,it can also give inspiration to peers and drive the entire industry forward.
