Urban wetland park is known as "kidneys" of the city, has an important function of ecological restoration. The construction of urban wetland park is on the growing lack of wetland resources protection and recovery of practice. Ecological planning of urban wetland park design guided by the principle of landscape ecology in the wetland landscape elements patch, corridor, matrix to analyze the landscape pattern study, combining with the regional ecological environment assessment, ecological planning and design scheme was put forward, and guide the construction and management of late, realized the integrated conservation and utilization of wetland resources sustainability. Integration of urban wetland park and regional cultures, park green space of give attention to two or morethings entertainment, popular science education, sightseeing, and other functions, and has a very high ecological and ornamental, humanistic and scientific research value. The research using the GIS spatial analysis function to shiroizumi wetland park landscape pattern analysis, puts forward some countermeasures for landscape pattern optimization, and the ecological environment of ecological suitability analysis and evaluation, to determine the suitability of ecological suitability hierarchy partition. On the basis of the study puts forward shiroizumi ecological wetland park planning, for shiroizumi wetland ecological restoration and provide a scientific basis for development and utilization, etc, realizes the city and the sustainable utilization of wetland harmoniously. The results show that:1. Build shiroizumi wetland park green space information databaseAccording to the interpretation result shiroizumi wetland park landscape patch elements can be divided into farmland, bringing land, irrigation, building, water, Lin (construction waste, bare land, etc.) other six classes, shiroizumi wetland park green space information database is established.2. Shiroizumi wetland park landscape pattern and ecological problemsAccording to the results of shiroizumi wetland park landscape pattern analysis shiroizumi wetland park landscape pattern main ecological problems:landscape patch type and quantity is less, and extreme imbalance in plaque, spatial heterogeneity is low, the ecosystem spatial hierarchy is relatively simple, biodiversity is restricted, the weaker stability, ecological restoration is relatively difficult, weeding, filling and plaques other landscape plaque morphology by human disturbance degree is bigger.3. Shiroizumi wetland park ecological suitability assessmentAccording to the ecological suitability evaluation results, the shiroizumi wetland park ecological suitability value can be divided into 5~3.391,3.390~2.034,2.033~1.454,1.453~1 four range, high are very suitable, suitable, basic suitable and less suitable, area of 10.2531 hm2, 42.3465 hm2,41.1393 hm2,15.9611 hm2.4. Shiroizumi ecological wetland park planning and design According to the landscape pattern optimization countermeasures and ecological suitability zoning results, combining with the planning objectives, to ecological planning shiroizumi wetland park. Shiroizumi wetland park planning as "area, two axis, third ring road, five area" overall planning and layout. "Area" as a part; "Two axis" as the spindle axis line and the time; "Three-ring" as the three main traffic circle; "Five zones" for wetland conservation, wetland restoration area, popular science education area, service management, reasonable use area. On this basis, combining with the ecological suitability evaluation results, from the wetland protection and recovery, road traffic, the ecological planning of plant, etc.
