Underground mining produces large amounts of surface subsidence deformation zone. and surface subsidence deformation zone exploitation and utilization is very important, when the residual deformation is smal. The direction of future land development and utilization is flexible structure and anti-deformation ability of the building. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the recovery and reconstruction of the mining subsidence area.After one hundred years of coal mining history, Fushun mining area has formed a large area of surface subsidence basin. In this paper, combined with the mining situation of the mining area, construct buildings in subsidence area. Based on the analysis of the mining situation and geological structure of the mining area, carry out the coupling simulation analysis of the interaction between the mining area and the superstructure foundation ground. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) According to the actual situation of Laohutai coal mine mining, using FLAC3D software to establish the model, the surface deformation and the ground deformation characteristics of the mined out area are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the displacement of the overlying strata is increased with the step by step, and the existence of the fault zone destroys the continuity of the rock mass deformation.(2) Systematic study the duration of surface deformation in mined out area, determine the time for construction of the project. A comparative analysis of the influence in two different deformation zones on the construction safety. According to the static load test data before and after the dynamic compaction, and the experimental results of dynamic penetration construction site, determined the calculation method of bearing capacity of the ground coal gangue foundation.(3) Subsidence area building structure design using frame structure, beam plate raft foundation. Through calculation and design verification indicates that the building structure design meets the requirements, and evaluate the stability of the foundation of the construction area. The results show that the building load will not affect the mined out area again.(4) A comparative analysis model is established for the interaction between superstructure and foundation under different location conditions by using ANSYS software. Determined the location of the subsidence area on the safety of buildings. The stress state and deformation characteristics of raft foundation under different influence factors are studied. Analysis of the influence of non uniform settlement on the deformation and stress of the upper structure and raft foundation.
