After researching the literatures of co-action of the superstructure and the foundations both here and abroad, the passage make use of numerical analysis method, for example the finite element method and etc. In the case of considering the co-action among the superstructure, the foundation and the raft, simulate the calculative examples through the ANSYS and PKPM series software, research and explore the law of the deformation behaviour and the deformation discipline of force about the raft foundation, get some instructional results about the engineering practice. The main works are listed as following:1. Recording to the co-action among the superstructure, basement and the foundation under the actual working conditions, analyze the stress-strain model and the finite element unit model that every part should adopt.2. Analyze the influence of the distribution of soil of the foundation and the thickness of the raft to the deformation of the foundation and the stress transmission through the ANSYS software.3. Recording to the co-action among the superstructure, basement and the foundation under the actual working conditions, first, through the PKPM series software, analyze the superstructure through the finite element of spatial beam unit structure, and couple the upper finite element and the raft foundation, on plastic foundation, through the minor structure cohesive technology. And then, analyze the influence of the superstructure to the force, deformation and the fundus reaction force through the JCCAD of the PKPM series software.The main conclusions the paper received are listed as following: 1)When the modulus of elasticity of the topsoil on basement is larger, the topsoil will act as a 'bedding' , which diffuse the stress produced by the superstructure to a wider range, then decrease the stress of the basement and the settlement of it. When the modulus of elasticity of the topsoil on basement is smaller, the distortion of topsoil is bigger, and the ability of diffusing the stress is weaker, then the concentration of the basement stress will be obvious.2)The more the thickness of the raft is, the more the stiffness of the raft is. When the rafts are under the same load, the maximum settlement will be smaller, the deflection will be gradually smaller, and the settlement of the board come to equality.3) Considering the co-action of the superstructure can decrease the deformation and the differential settlement obviously.4)Considering the co-action of the superstructure can decrease the internal force of the raft.5)When considering the co-action of the superstructure, the fundus reaction force at the corner post increase obviously ,but at the internal post decrease evidently.
