Air cargo fields is the core of the future development of the domestic express enterprises, air express profit and non-profit era has arrived.Scientific guidance of express enterprises air cargo problem can avoid unnecessary waste of space, and reduce air transport costs and provide high quality delivery service to the recipients. It has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.Firstly, research status of cargo loading problems at home and abroad are introduced and summarized. This paper studies China’s express delivery industry. The goods have certain characteristics, considering the time requirements, size, use and nature of the product, goods by air will be classified. Passenger aircraft belly space loading and space of all-cargo aircraft cargo loading are analyzed. Container loading problem of general cargo is described.The theoretical foundation will be laid for follow-up study.Then, optimization model for the passenger aircraft belly space loading and for all-cargo aircraft cargo loading is constructed. Description of the problem on the basis of air cargo loading, constraints of the passenger aircraft belly space loading problem and of all-cargo aircraft cargo loading problem are comparatively analyzed. When creating constraints, the weight constraint, the volume constraint and center of gravity constraint are considered.The comprehensive optimal of load utilization and capacity utilization are considered as the objective function. Models are assumed and parameters are set, types and quantity of container are optimized.Next, aheuristic algorithmbased on space partitioning has been adopted. Taking advantage of heuristics algorithms determines the initial population. It is incorporated based on clonal selection immune genetic algorithm. Hybrid clone immune genetic algorithm is designed. When designing hybrid algorithm, the cloning operator is added. Meanwhile, different individuals of fitness and different affinity are distinguished. The number of clones with different size is calculated, number population size and diversity population are guaranteed. Immune operators maximize the retention parent information. By using the optimization functions with immune genetic algorithm, genetic algorithm runs test performance and the superiority of the algorithm is proved.Finally, according to partial shipping order data of the YT express delivery companies. Passenger aircraft belly space loading example and all-cargo aircraft cargo loading example are solved by Matlab software. In the case of different experimental values, both examples have better integrated optimal value of load utilization and capacity utilization. When both examples are comparatively analyzed, All-cargo aircraft use a variety of load devices which are highlighted, and both examples have better loading programs and the best value. A hybrid algorithm of this paper provides a new solving idea for loading problem in the field of air cargo. Research results will provide a theoretical basis and practical reference value in solving the problem of air cargo loaded on the aircraft for express delivery enterprises.
