Container loading problem(CLP)is an important issue in the logistics system,the advantages and disadvantages of the loading scheme has a significant impact on the efficiency of the whole logistics system and transportation costs.Through the summary of previous studies,in order to facilitate the study of the algorithm Improvementand the constraints,these studies have assumed that the goods are solid rectangular shape of the rules.This article studies from another point of view,face the diversity of cargos,face up the existence of the cavity in the irregular goods,according to certain rules,arrange the goods and fill the cavity,minimize the size of the volume of the cargo cavity,On the basis of a more realistic reflection of the packing effect,try to greatly improve the container loading rate.Firstly,some improvements are made in this paperbased on the previous research results,this paper presents a solution model for the container loading problem,the model is divided into three parts:(1)Cavity pretreatment: The cavity formed by one single cargo is very small,the filling effect is not very good,and what is worse,some of the cargo cavity is only can be called "gap" which can not be used at all.All of this is the reason whyall of the researchers ignore the cavities at this stage.In this paper,first of all,the cavity pretreatment of these goods is carried out,the so-called cavity pretreatment is: A larger cavity is formed by the superposition of the goods with the cavity through a certain rule,In order to when fill the cavity,there will be more goods can be selected,so that there will achieve a better filling effect,and ultimately improve the cavity fill rate.(2)Loading strategy: Container loading strategies in current researchis difficult to be applied directly in the research of this paper.therefore,as an improvement,four space division methodwhich can be used directly is proposedbased on the three space division method,and thenuse the four fork tree space structure to express the decomposition of the space of the container.This way of the expression is simple and easy to understand,and the operation is simple too.(3)Optimization calculation model: In this paper,a more mature adaptive genetic algorithm is used to calculate the optimal solution of the model in the initial feasible solution population.Then design a set of experiments,the variation of solution in the process of calculation is given.according to the case study,the cargo cavity will greatly reduce the true loading rate of container loading.When taking into account the cargo cavity and using the calculation model proposed in this paper,the effect of this reduction is obviously weakened,which verifies the validity of the model.At last,the paper summarizes the work of the full text,then puts forward the deficiency,and prospects for the future research.
