Research On Production Management System Constructingof Dalian Electric Power Plant

With the development of information construction in Dalian Electric power plant, information technology has been an important tool to improve work efficiency and improve the work mode to increase the overall efficiency of the power plant and also been a significant content to research. At the same time, as since electricity production and management process relates to data collection, information sharing, standardized management, etc., it is an important part of the power supply enterprise management. Therefore, in order to ensure that the targets of the power plant can be achieved on time and to provide timely, accurate, complete and reliable information services to the personnel to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of enterprise management decision-making, and then raise the level of its management modernization, the paper constructed production management system of Dalian Electric Power Plant.From a perspective of improving the production management of Dalian Electric Power Plant, the author studied the methods to construct production management system of Dalian Electric Power Plant. Compared with similar research, this study focused on using JAVA technology, Oracle database management system platform, B / S mode to solve practical problems Dalian Electric Power Plant are facing in production management. Firstly, this article introduces the structure and production status of internal management in Dalian Electric Power Plant. Then the author summed up the main problems such as the basic information are not unified managed, some information are not uploaded, there is no complete application platform, there is asymmetry information, management and other issues not standardized. Furthermore, in order to construct the production management system, this paper also analyze the needs of Dalian Electric Power Plant. Next, this article explained the clear project goals and management objectives and planed for the core functional structure non-functional structure. Since the production process management is the core part of power production management system, the paper analyzed the function incident management, maintenance management, defect management, and maintenance management. And for the entire system of business processes, the author conducted selective modeling for using cases. Then this paper design production management system of Dalian Electric Power Plant, mainly focusing on the design and scope of operating environment to design manner. Based on actual business requirements of Dalian Electric Power Plant, the author designed the B/s overall architecture and the Oracle database. And then the author take the accident repairing module for example and designed a detailed system including the process and operation. Then the author summarized the work in the text and analyzed the potential benefits for the production management system of Dalian Electric Power Plant. Finally, at the end of the article, the author analyzed the shortcomings of the production management system, and clarify the unresolved problems and the function modules that have not been involved, and indicated the future research directions.
