Research And Development Of Production Information Management Platform For Precast Beams Of City Road And Bridge

In the city road and bridge construction project,the production information management of precast beams needs the cooperation of multiple parties which includes the commander,the producer,the constructor and the supervisor.But at the moment,related research and application is still in the initial stage in China,many projects do not have corresponding information management program,as a result,the production efficiency is low,the management is disordered,the production quality is difficult to guarantee and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to establish information cooperation platform among various parties,make full use of information technology,standardize project management,ensure project quality,and improve project progress.In this paper,according to the production and management requirements of precast beams in city road and bridge construction projects,using mobile Internet technology,twodimensional code technology,Baidu map API and other technologies,the production information management platform of precast beams was established.The platform is composed of two subsystems: headquarters information management system and Beam Yard production information management system.Each subsystem includes web and mobile,they provides different clients for multiple parties which is in the form of centralized data management and web services.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the problems which was existed in the production and management of precast beam in large road and bridge construction projects,the organizational structure,user characteristics,business flow and production technology of precast beam production and management were analyzed,combined with the functional requirements of various parties,the functional architecture of the prefabricated beam production information management platform and the detailed functional modules of each system in the platform were designed.(2)Through the application research of mobile Internet and two-dimensional code technology,a scheme of precast beam production information collection and quality monitoring based on two-dimensional code technology was designed;through the research on the Baidu map API,the construction position management scheme of precast beam based on Baidu map was designed;through monitoring the process status of precast beam production,a statistical scheme of precast beam production information based on status was designed.(3)The architecture,software architecture and database of precast beam production information management platform were designed.Based on Visual Studio 2015 and HBuilder development environment,the platform functions were implemented.Through the application in a rapid project in Zhengzhou City,the project progress was effectively improved,the project quality was guaranteed,and the management standard was strengthened.
