Research And Design Of Production Management Information System Of Liaoyang Power Supply Company

Some production departments in power enterprises have begun to apply various systems to manage daily business,but under the requirements of the current enterprise strategic development,these systems may not be able to achieve the optimal performance in functions,and also reflected many shortcomings with the deepening of the application.This paper mainly studies the production management system of Liaoyang power supply company,focusing on improving the traditional production process under the requirements of lean production.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Some problems existing in the process of production management informatization are analyzed,solutions to similar problems in production management are analyzed,the necessity of research on the production management system of power supply companies is put forward,and the main contents of this paper are clarified.(2)Through the demand investigation and analysis of the users involved in the production management system of the power supply company,it is concluded that the functional requirements of the system mainly include:user authority management,to-do list management,power grid resource management,power grid operation management,two-ticket management and other functions.(3)Modular design is adopted to divide the whole system into different functional modules,which interact with each other through interfaces.In terms of architecture design,Java language,MVC framework and SQL Server database are selected.The system can realize the management of production site and production schedule by enterprise staff.B/S mode is adopted to design the system,which is convenient for users to access and use.The conceptual model of database is described in the form of E-R diagram,and the detailed design of database table structure is given.(4)Java language was adopted to program specific functions,and black box tests were carried out for each stage in the implementation process to ensure that the system could run continuously and stably under the condition of meeting functional requirements.Through the deployment and use of the system,it is found that the application of the production management system of Liaoyang power supply company studied in this topic can solve a great problem for enterprises.The application of the system not only makes the original data of the enterprise be integrated and solves the problem of the information island,but also makes of the complete information management platform to realize the rapid transmission of information and improve the work efficiency.The research and development of the system is of great significance.
