C- reactive protein(C- reactive protein, CRP) is a kind of antibody acute phase protein, that can react with pneumococcal cell wall C-polysaccharide, to form an composite sediment, often as a sign of judging the body’s inflammatory conditions, which is widely used in clinical medicine detection field. Found in international medicine research in recent decades, CRP can reflect the inflammatory status, predictors of heart disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases.Quantitative detection of the concentration in the blood, for the prevention and control of that disease has very important practical significance.In order to accurately and quickly and easily detect the concentration,a CRP immune-chromatographic detection system has been designed and implemented based on fluorescence detection in this paper. the system based on immune markers, chromatography and fluorescence tracer detection technology, by detecting the fluorescence quenching fluorescence intensity release and combining light concentration quantitative modelachieve quantitative detection of target CRP antigen concentration.The content of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts:1. Introduces the background significance and current situation of CRP detection at home and abroad. By comparing the commonly used detection methods, the fluorescence detection method was used in this paper, and then expounds the development history, current situation and development trend of the method.2. Introduces the working principle of the fluorescence detection system, and expounds the design frame of the system, including the detection platform, parameters and influence factors3. Introduces the hardware design of detection system, including the allocation of processor resources, power module design, driver design of USB scanning equipment, excitation source equipment and stepper motor equipment, signal conditioning circuit design and screen display module design4. Introduces the software design of the system. First introduces the overall framework of the software system, and describes the system testing process, then, to start testing system as the main line, introduces the software design of the system hardware boot initialization, USB bar code scanning, motor drive detection, save the results and other functions of the system, finally, expounds the two data processing algorithm of the quantitative detection5. Many experiments analysis was carried out on the developed detector. Experiments show that the detector has good stability and quantitative precision, RSD is less than 3%, the minimum detectable concentration is 0.46 mg/L, regular quantitative detection range, system error is less than 3%, can meet the demand of clinical detection.6. A summary of the full text, and prospect the direction of the development of improved detection instrument.
