Fluorescence immunization chromatography technology is a frequently quantitative immunization detection technology,which is based on fluorescence immunization analysis technology and immunization chromatography technology.The technology makes full use of fluorescence emitted by antibody and antigen by the effects of the excitation luminescence,which could gain the consistency of specific substance on the basis of relative arithmetic and has some advantages such as high sensitivity and strong stability.The technology has been extensively applied into biology,medicine and so on,especially it has a very significant value on medical diagnosis for virus and bacterial diseases.After analyzing fluorescence immunization chromatography technology,this paper designed and debugged domestic blood test services system on the basis of the system requirements,with various fields' knowledge of mechanics,biology,medicine,optics and so on,which could obtain the consistency of C-reactive protein(CRP),diagnose and predict cardio-cerebrovascular disease precisely.This system was composed of domestic blood testing equipment and software system.The equipment included mechanical structure,photoelectric module and hardware circuit,while the software system includes upper machine and lower machine.The upper machine included android APP and Web server.Through the coordination work of stepping motor and photoelectric limiting sensors,the system completed some jobs,such as lateral flow test strip pushing reagent strips,initialization,scanning and sampling,with small mechanical structure which could realize the purpose of miniaturization and household.Photoelectric module based on small single optical path used double closed-loop feedback circuit,which can be effective in stabilizing excitation luminescence.The expected consistency of CRP may be obtained by the research calculation of fluorescence intensity wavy curve through filter algorithm,peak-detection algorithm and calibration algorithm.In order to control the domestic blood testing equipment,this paper designed lower machine software and circuit based on TI's CC2640 MCU.Besides,this paper designed android APP to cache fluorescence intensity data and designed Web server to store data,process data,diagnose and predict disease.Eventually,after the system debugging,tests were completed for the peak-detection algorithm,calibration algorithm,system's precision and repetition accuracy,as well as disease prediction algorithm.Detections for CRP,diagnosis and prediction of disease with the system,all reach the system's design demands with high accuracy.Domestic blood testing equipment is small,while software system is highly automated and easy to use,which guarantee that this system will be used extensively.
