Intravenous infusion is one of the most common and widely used in clinical treatment. Currently the vast majority of China’s medical institutions in infusion therapy is still by the medical staff by infusion of manually operated pulley to rotate to control the liquid flow rate, flow velocity is not accurate and convenient manual adjustment trickle, this will not only affect the expected treatment effect, but lose liquid abnormal, infusion end is not easy to be found in time. These factors are not only the hidden danger of the patient’s life, but also the important source of the heavy workload and heavy pressure of the medical staff.According to the demand, this paper a practical scientific research subject, put forward a TMS320F28335 DSP based on TI company recently launched as the control core, using infrared detection technology, computer network technology and intelligent fuzzy control technology of intelligent transfusion detection system design. The main work and research results are as follows:(1) designed based on the TMS320F28335 DSP station hardware system of master-slave control core, embedded Windows platform and RFTR1 wireless transmission module, infrared photoelectric detection, to achieve real-time monitoring of the target site. The system adopts tree topology each from the station to collect data and information transmission to the master master completes infusion data acquisition, and sending the wireless serial communication to each slave station, medical personnel can through the infusion monitoring software to achieve for each from the station remote monitoring, can set different drip rates for different patients, if infusion appears abnormal situation will immediately in response to the alarm.(2) the composition of fuzzy control system, basic principle and design method of the more in-depth research, in the process of medical infusion, liquid medicine bottle height and the infusion speed of nonlinear, the establishment of precise mathematical model is difficult to characteristics of that system adopts fuzzy control, consider to conventional fuzzy disadvantages of system steady-state accuracy is lower than that of the control, construct a fuzzy PID controller to improve the control quality of the system, and R & D Based on TMS320F28335 DSP+PID control software.(3) realization of intelligent monitoring system for transfusion testing, the system is safe and reliable, energy saving, low power consumption, has a friendly man-machine interface. The detection accuracy of the infusion speed is high, faster response of speed adjusting and the steady-state error is small, the liquid level alarming output signal is accurate and reliable. The results of this research show that the system is effective and practical value.
