Since entering the 21st century, with the core of PMSM vector control speed regulation system of high-speed development. In many high-tech applications, permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system has replaced the traditional motor speed control system. "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to promote energy-efficient motors of energy conservation as a major initiative, in which the saving rate in the third generation of rare earth material NdFeB-based permanent magnet motors up to 10%. Improve the utilization efficiency permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet motors more efficient development, and vigorously promote the permanent magnet motor control and other advanced motor control systems is important.The paper is the research design in this background.Firstly,the design introduces the PMSM development situation and trend, but also on PMSM control system and its development, recognizing the advantages of PMSM vector control system and its broad prospects for development. Then introduces the PMSM three basic structure and its characteristics, and finally established its mathematical model.Secondly, it analyzes the basic idea of vector control technology, summarizes the three kinds of common control strategy and the advantages and disadvantages of PMSM vector control system based on vector control design of a double closed-loop control system. Based on the comparison of the traditional ACR, a voltage feed forward ACR is designed, on the basis of comparison of conventional PI ASR on the design speed of the fuzzy PI-based regulator, followed highlighted the SVPWM modulation techniques have advantages and basic principles, each module and the simulation design.Thirdly, set up to control the core TMS320F28335 PMSM vector control system experimental platform, which mainly includes hardware design and software development. In the hardware design, the main design of the power supply, drive power, control, sampling, protection and encoder six circuit modules. In software development, theory first initial rotor position detection were analyzed, and the method of determining rotor position in this design used, followed by the program design.Finally, in Simulink to build completed the overall system simulation model and fuzzy PI controller is built to replace the traditional PI controller is applied to the ASR in the system, by comparing simulation analysis, it is clear We see the system uses fuzzy PI speed regulator compared to conventional PI control system, fast response, good robustness, stable performance. On the basis of the overall program was written and tested, experimental results prove the results of simulation.
