As the traditional science and technology continuing to be replaced by the new ones',increasingly traditional devices have been gradually eliminated with using modern power electronic technology.Wide application of power electronic technology has given our lives more convenient.Nevertheless,the power electronic devices are still nonlinear devices,in the normal process of nonlinear devices will produce a large number of harmonic pollution.Meanwhile,a large number of nonlinear loads and impact loads are used to cause voltage disturbance,harmonics and flicker.Unfortunately,many devices belong to sensitive elements,the requirements of power quality are higher,whose stable voltage and current,voltage deviation should be used in the allowable range.In addition,power quality has given more requirements.At the meantime,the definition of power quality is given a new meaning.To ensure high reliability,high security and stability of the power quality has become one of the serious problems which have been more widely concerned by around the whole world.In view of the deterioration of power quality and the higher request to the power quality,it is necessary to monitor and analyze the power quality in real time,which is of great significance to solve the problem of power quality.The framework of this paper is that through the power quality monitoring system design,it is focus on the hardware design and software design of the whole system.Through experiment and debugging,the electric energy quality monitoring system design has completed.The power quality has been introduced through this paper with unifying the domestic and foreign research of power quality problems and its development trend,and the classification of power quality,and introducing some common quality problems and hazards.First,the design of the program has been described,after the optimal design scheme comparing,the best strategy has been selected,then it can use the best strategy to design the whole system.After the electric to the quality of the hardware are introduced,using the advantages of main chip TMS320F28335 including high precision,fast operation,characteristics of multi-function interface.Then,AD7606 chip get sample through analog signal.Through the calculation of DSP chip,delivering the results to display,power quality monitoring system design has been completed.As for the software designing,it uses Fast Fourier Transform method.Using this method not only can be used to analyze harmonic,but can make the operation ability of DSP chip been played out.At the end of this paper,the research of power quality monitoring system has made some conclusions and prospects.As the central processor of the whole monitoring system,it can achieve real-time monitoring of power quality.Theoretically,each module is designed by the theoretical calculation,including main chip module,information acquisition module,AD conversion module,phase-locked loop module,display module and so on.Among these modules,the phase locked loop technology can achieve logic sampling,and synchronization with the two chips.Finally,the module circuit of each part is connected to the final whole power quality monitoring system using the optimized design scheme.Through the result of experiments,it can be shown that the power quality monitoring system has many features including high speed and high accuracy measuring.Meanwhile,it has completely function,and can expand,with the better feature.
