At present the coalbed methane has been become indispensable and basic energy sources to people’s livehod and industry.The normal working of the coalbed methane pipe has very important meaning to the safety of industrial production and people’s livehood. However, with the progress of the society and the coalbed methane pipe of huge proportions,both the conventional manual records and the way of the manual inspetion have been unable to meet the demand of the daily inspection of coalbed methane pipe The thesis mainly reserch on how to set up a set of inspection system of coalbed methane pipe which bases on GIS. This system can reduce waste that is cause by " Information Isolated Island " or "Digital Gap ",avoid the pooe workflow which id caused by unreasonable resources and improve work efficiency. And the system dan fulfil the function of assisted analysis and command and control.Firstly,the thesis introduces the background and significance which base on the inspection system of coalbed methane pipe of GIS,the way of inspection, the progress of GIS the curent situation of the development of coalbed methane pipe’s information management. Next the paper introduces the technology and platform which are used by this system. Then it expounds the demand analysis in detail which bases on the inspection system of coalbed methane pipe of GIS. This analysis includes the analysis of function module, the analysis of system flowchart, the analysis of system dat and the concret goal and disign principles of this system. Finally, the paper describes the specific disignment and ways about this system, and made detailed introductions of program in different aspects, such as the development and running environment of program as well as the architecture of software and hardware, the design of every functional modules and database, and the realization of every modules of the system.Through using Flex and GIS and so on, it makes the inspection system of coalbed methane pipe come ture. This paper combines the management theory of pipe safety and it is close to real working demand. At the same time, the paper provides solutions for solving the wrongs appearing in the traditional work and it is meaningful on solving actual problems. This system realises the real-time nomitor of insection work and the information collection and we can use it to look through statistics and analysis and manage the information. It also reinforces the communication between the workers and managers, makes the managers’ supervision and management convinently and enhances the efficiency and function of inspection work.
