Coalbed methane is existing in the coal mine gas,mainly composed of methane,also known as gas,generated after the combustion of oxygen and water,is a kind of available energy of environmental protection,gas storage capacity is also very rich in China,but due to the nature belongs to flammable and explosive,so the existence of the gas in the process of coal mining to mining bring great difficulties.Usually most of the factory will choose the back directly to the gas extraction in the outside world,it not only wastes the resources but also cause the pollution of the environment,if in the process of exploitation of coal can use coal-bed methane,according to its characteristics to adapt to the field,not only can effectively solve the problem of the above said also can increase the enterprise's economic benefits,more can effectively guarantee the safety of mine workers.In recent years,gas power plants have been springing up continuously because of the great social and economic benefits of using gas to generate electricity.Most gas-fired power plants in China are technologically backward and less automated.The gas was underutilized.Monitoring and monitoring of power plant is an indispensable part of ensuring safe and effective operation of power generation system.For this reason,this design introduces the development method of coal mine gas and the characteristics of gas production,expounds the status quo of domestic and foreign gas power generation,compares the application conditions of gas turbine and gas engine,and the demand of "technical safety,adaptability of gas concentration and pressure change".Three key categories and ten key technologies of gas engine power generation are discussed.Introduces the working principle of the gas of the motor and the inlet gas requirements,design the gas generator gas pretreatment system,introduces the working principle and design scheme of each part,at the same time,the pretreatment process was analyzed,flow rate of the gas are collected,and adjusted by PLC controller,the collection of data according to the conventional PID algorithm,using Matlab simulation,the simulation software for control of gas pretreatment,also ensure the monitoring and control of the gas at the same time,make the enterprise power able to run efficient environmental protection.
