| Beijing Expressway Electronic Toll Collection System (ETC) is an automatic toll collection system that allows the automatic expressway toll payment collected without the need of a vehicle coming to a stop. It is realized by communicating among On Board Unit, Integrated Circuit Card and the reader equipment built into lanes. With the thriving of business, Beijing ETC system needs further improvement on the technology of managing unstructured data, such as customer personal information and license plate images, processing efficiency of current documented business data, and the feasibility of processing big data in the future, etc. This thesis will address the following topics:(1)Analyze the requirements of document data processing for the business development of Beijing ETC system.(2)Study, analyze and summarize the main stream NoSQL database technologies.(3)Choose Mongo database technology as the base of ETC document processing system. Design and implement the ETC document processing system based on the characters of MongoDB.(4)On the basis of Mongo and DB2 databases, study the file/data processing difference between MongoDB and DB2, and the status of MongoDB’s support on structured data and unstructured data, such as storage, inquiry and modification.(5)Focus on the software testing and software quality assurance processes, and demonstrate whether software is available and the requirements are satisfied. Summarize the significance of MongoDB’s application in the ETC system and the influence of MongoDB on the ETC industry.The implication of ETC document process system solves the challenge of unstructured data management, which allows the post-transition audit, on-line agreement signing, and operation analysis. It improves the efficiency of file/data processing tremendously, which provides the technical assurance for Beijing ETC system and the surge on the amount of trading in the future. Furthermore, it provides a solution for processing big data in the ETC industry. |
