As a typical position control system naval gun aiming servo system worked under variable load,strong shock,warship swing and other harsh conditions,it is difficult to achieve precise control of the naval gun.Researchs on naval gun aiming servo system control methods have important means to improve the combat capability of naval weapon systems.This paper describes the naval gun aiming servo system works and main performance requirements at first.Then,Analyzed each of the composition modules of the gun aiming servo system and established their mathematical models on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the structure and working principle of a certain type of naval gun aiming servo system;through the analysis of mathematical models,refers to the system performance requirements,designed the current regulator and speed regulator with PI controller structure,and validated with Simulink simulation method.Position controllers were designed with methods of PID and adaptive fuzzy.Finally, analyzed typical operation mode and interference factors of naval gun,designed the input signal simulation models of typical motions,then Implemented systematically simulation under different control methods.Results of the simulation show that the position regulator which designed with adaptive fuzzy PID control method, has short adjust time, high control accuracy, robustness,and get a good performance in the naval gun servo system control.
